Joining:

After being accepted as a Squad member, you will be ranked as Trainee and added to the Recruit Squadron. Upon joining an established Squadron, you will be promoted to Pilot Officer. All other promotions will be based on merit.

Promotions:

To be promoted, you must show skill in the air or perform a task that benefits the Squad. Any member or non-member may recommend pilots for promotion by emailing the Commanding Officer or any member of the Command Executive. All nominations are discussed by the Command Executive and announcements are made in the Promotions Forum of our Message Board.
